Walk-On’s Bistreaux & Bar
Nothing exuberates game day more than a trip to Walk-On’s! With drink specials, cheese fries and an array of entertainment, this is one of our favorite family-friendly recommendations! Just be sure to get there early! You can catch the same atmosphere in a more relaxing setting at their Town Center and Juban Crossing locations too. Even Drew approves!

The Chimes/Varsity Theater
If purple + gold is your favorite game day duo, The Chimes and Varsity Theater should be a close second! From the drink specials to the lively entertainment, you’ll never miss a round or a play! We recommend the spinach + artichoke dip with a local brew from The Chimes next door…
Creole Cabana
As Thomas Rhett says, you can also party like you’re on vacation – and Game Day is no exception! Come check out Creole Cabana off Burbank for the largest outdoor theater screen for all your viewing needs! There will be drink specials, food + a family-friendly atmosphere for all to enjoy on their +5000 SF open air patio.

BJ’s Brewhouse
Here’s a local favorite you may not immediately think of… But boy is it worth it! From the many TV screens to the everlasting line-up of food, they have you and your taste buds covered no matter what you’re feeling! PS – You won’t have to worry about navigating contraflow post-game either!
Buffalo Wild Wings
Beer, football, and wings… A man’s best friend during college football season! You can catch the full action at their campus location or take a drive toward their Bluebonnet/Perkins one. No matter which one you choose, it’s sure to be a great time for the whole family!

Curbside Burgers
Rally your friends and family for this local game day favorite! They’ll be serving up delicious specials like $5 CurbSIDES (truffle fries, GC2 tots + fried pickles) plus $3 Yuengling/Budweiser pints each Saturday during football season! You can even check out the new projector they have in the Pork Palace and live music offerings!
