    How do I start an exchange or return?

     

    In order to start an exchange or return, (Start Return or Exchange), you will need your email address, order number, and the shipping zip code corresponding to the original order.   If you don’t know your order number, you can usually locate it by searching “Sweet Baton Rouge order confirmed” in your inbox.

     

    To be eligible for a return, your item must have been purchased from our website and be unworn in the same condition that you received it. Tags must also be attached to the garment/s in their original condition. The return must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. Alternatively, exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.

     

    Refunds (if applicable)

     

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Allow 3-5 days for this process.

     

    Only regular priced items may be refunded and/or returned. If you purchased an item under the ‘Sale” tab, these items are not for refund.

     

    Exchanges (if applicable)

     

    Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase. Availability of your desired replacement item is not guaranteed, but we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with an alternative. If there is a problem with your exchange, we will contact you via phone or email to discuss and address solutions.

    Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect:  Customer service is our number one priority and we want to ensure your happiness with your order. We work very hard to maintain the highest level of product quality and service. (Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item within 30 days.)

    Returns:
    All Lagniappe Box, Food, and Drink sales are final through the Lagniappe Box. Due to health regulations we cannot accept returns.

    If your product arrived damaged please contact us at info@sweetbatonrouge.com for a replacement. Please have photos ready of how your package arrived and the contents.

    Prepaid Lagniappe Box subscriptions are final. If your subscription is canceled you will not be billed for future shipments but you will still receive the remaining amount of Lagniappe Boxes left in your plan. For Example, if you buy a 3-month subscription and cancel after the first month, you will still receive 2 more Lagniappe Boxes.
