This particular plan is paid for annually for the four prepaid Louisiana-themed boxes, and it does not auto-renew. 

Out of sight does not really have to be out of mind, you know? If you have ever lived in Louisiana, or it is your hometown, and you haven't been there in a while, you can get a feel of the fascinating state and culture from wherever you are. All you need to do is sign up for our quarterly subscriptions, and once every quarter, we will send you lovely boxes filled with Louisiana-made goods.

• Purchase our Lagniappe box quarterly subscription
• When your subscription is confirmed, you get access to 4 boxes, each sent out on the 1st of every quarter. 
• We send out these boxes during our four most popular seasons; Mardi Gras, Crawfish, Gameday, and Christmas; one for each season. 

If you want to send it as a gift, we have a NOTES section that can be used to pen down nice words to the recipient.

Customer service is the backbone of our business and is extremely important to us. Our #1 priority is to get your order out as quickly as possible! As of October 1, 2021, USPS has made some serious changes that will affect how your package will be delivered.

Shipping Options:

USPS First Class:  This package option comes with tracking but typically can take 5+ business days to arrive depending on the shipping location.  A shipping email with tracking will be sent to the same email you received your order confirmation. If you don’t receive a shipping email, please check your spam first. If no shipping email is found in your spam, then please contact us through orders@sweetbatonrouge.com. First Class rate is $6 found during the checkout period.

UPS Ground: This package option comes with tracking but typically can take 1-3 business days to arrive depending on the shipping location. A shipping email with tracking will be sent to the same email you received your order confirmation. If you don’t receive a shipping email, please check your spam first. If no shipping email is found in your spam, then please contact us through orders@sweetbatonrouge.com. UPS rate for ground shipping is $9 found during the checkout period.


LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: Sweet Baton Rouge is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen. If your package shows that USPS or UPS delivered but you don't have your package, please allow at least 24 hours for the possibility USPS or UPS to retrieve your order. We have found that 99% of the time packages are submitted “delivered” by accident. Other suggestions if package is still not delivered is to check with neighbors first for your package and/or file a claim with the shipping carrier. Though we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we absolutely understand and of course want to help as best as we can! Do not hesitate to reach out! Local Pick-Up: Take advantage of this free option for an added service of Sweet Baton Rouge! Local pick-ups are from our store location: Sweet Baton Rouge Perkins Rowe  7707 Bluebonnet Blvd Suite #150, nestled between Barnes & Noble and Versona, across from the delightful Caroline's Cookies. Please be aware of this option when selecting your shipping preference. If you picked this option by accident, please reach out to us through orders@sweetbatonrouge.com and we can invoice you for shipping.


Store Hours:  are Tuesday - Saturday from 10AM to 7PM, Sunday 12PM to 6PM. During the holiday season, hours are extended Mondays..

Local Delivery: We now take orders for Local Delivery thanks to the local business Shop The Area! Local deliveries can be made within 10+ mile radius of our store. Depending on the items ordered, local deliveries typicaly are delivered with the same day of being ordered. Local Delivery is $12 found during the checkout period.

How do I know my order is ready?

Once your order has been placed, you’ll first receive an email confirming your order. We recommend doing the SMS text order confirmation as some emails go directly to spam. You’ll then receive a second email notifying that your order has either shipped or is ready for local pick up. If you chose local pick-up for your order, a text message from us at 225-400-5199 will also be sent notifying you (if phone number is provided) when order is ready for local pickup.
