Cooking with Sweet Baton Rouge | Crawfish Pasta

Cooking with Sweet Baton Rouge | Crawfish Pasta

Now we know, no one wants to have left over crawfish from a boil but let's just say hypothetically you do. This pasta is quick, easy, and perfect for you and your family!

Also doesn't take a lot of ingredients and just so happens to be my favorite seafood pasta dish. Spoiler alert, I (@mwaguespack) don't even like to eat Crawfish but I'll eat and devour this pasta dish! My family gives it two thumbs up!

1 pound crawfish tails
1 stick of butter
1 creole onion mix
10 oz of heavy whipping cream
Pack of angel hair pasta
Sprinkle of flour
1-2 teaspoons of minced garlic
8 oz of velveta cheese

Melt butter first, and sauté creole onions till clear. Sprinkle your flour and stir. Add crawfish and cook for 20 minutes, stirring often, then add your heavy whipping cream, velveta cheese, and I added some chopped jalapeños for a kick and garlic. Add cooked angel hair and serve! 😋
