Holiday Shipping Update
Holiday Shipping Update for our Better Than Black Friday sale! To ensure you receive your orders promptly, please keep the following shipping information in mind:
Order Processing:
- Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- Some high-demand items may be pre-orders with a longer processing time of 8-12 business days. If you see your order hasn't shipped within our normal time frame, note that it may fall with in our high-demand shipping.
Shipping Methods:
- Free Shipping: All domestic orders over $60 ship for free via UPS Ground.
- Standard Shipping: We encourage you to pick UPS Ground Saver if you choose to not go with ground, but if you go with USPS, just know transit times can take longer.
- Shipping Times: Transit times vary depending on your location, but typically take 3-6 business days after shipment.
Important Notes:
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Carriers may experience delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy:
Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Starts November 28th, 2025 until January 16th, 2026 for In-Store Return or Exchange. Final sale items include the following: Petey Surprise, Grab Bags, Local Goods by Local Vendors, Final Markdowns, & Lagniappe Box.
We will not accept Return/Exchange after January 16th for Holidays transactions and resume our 14 Day Return/Exchange Policy beginning January 16th, 2026.
UPS Ground Saver
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days
- Package Handling: Involves the local post office for final delivery, which adds time
UPS Ground
- Delivery Time: 1–5 business days, with 90% delivered in three days or less
- Package Handling: Always handled completely within the UPS network

It has been brought to our attention that some orders we shipped out this week still haven't been scanned into the carrier's system. On Friday, our UPS driver informed us that they were backed up and behind due to high package volume at local hubs, which can sometimes lead to trailers being held for processing.
We have packaged and shipped nearly 800 orders in the last two weeks, and we want to ensure each and every one of you receives your order promptly.
If you have emailed us, please know we have already printed your order and are actively checking for tracking updates. As it is still the weekend, we truly hope this is resolved by Monday evening so you can begin seeing your packages in transit. We experienced similar delays last year with USPS and chose to ship most orders via UPS this year in hopes of avoiding this issue.
We are just as eager for you to receive your packages as you are! Thank you for your continued patience and support.
Holiday Return Policy Extension
We are excited to share a holiday update! To support our early shoppers that started on the 21st, we are extending our Holiday Return/Exchange Policy: Any order placed before November 28th will now also fall under our extended Holiday Return Policy, valid until January 16th, 2026. This gives you extra peace of mind for all your holiday gifts, no matter when you purchased them!
